Warranty Periods (Begins from delivery date)

  • Cases: 3 months
  • Watch Bands: 6 months
  • Other Accessories: 3 months

Warranty Coverage:

  • Covers material and engineering defects.
  • Excludes damage from:
    • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations.
    • Cosmetic imperfections (e.g., scratches, fading logos).
    • Products from unauthorized sellers.
    • Damage to third-party devices or property used with ULTIMAL products.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Claim Process:

  • Claims must be made by emailing service@ultimal.com with an order number and issue description.
  • Applies only to products bought from ULTIMAL’s official store.

Limitation of Liability:

  • ULTIMAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if not satisfied.
  • Product must be in original condition with packaging and documentation.
  • Customers pay for return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Credit Cards: Refunded within a week.
  • Bank Transfers (under $1,000): Processed within 3-4 weeks.

Shipping Charges:

  • Non-refundable unless the item is damaged.
  • Retain shipping materials for damaged items.

Cancelling or Changing Orders:

  • Contact ULTIMAL as soon as possible to modify orders before shipping.
  • Shipped orders or special requests cannot be changed.
